Why connect WooCommerce to Pipedrive?
Pipedrive is a sales CRM built around pipelines: each deal moves through stages until it is won or lost. WooCommerce, on the other hand, knows who bought what, but it has no idea about your sales process. Out of the box the two do not talk to each other, so someone has to copy customers into Pipedrive by hand.
That manual step is where deals get lost. A customer who placed a large order on Monday is not in your pipeline on Tuesday, so nobody follows up. Connecting the two fixes it:
- Every buyer becomes a person in Pipedrive, with their name, email and phone, and no duplicates.
- Orders become deals in the pipeline and stage you choose, with the order value and currency filled in.
- Your team sees context. A note on the person tells them what happened, for example a refund or a failed payment.
The new Pipedrive module in WooFlow Connect Pro
The Pipedrive module is part of WooFlow Connect Pro. It works inside the same visual flow builder as the other connections: When something happens in your store, Only if your conditions match, Then do a Pipedrive action. It adds three actions:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create or update person | Looks the customer up by email. If they exist, it updates their name and phone. If not, it creates them. |
| Create deal | Creates a deal for the customer in the pipeline and stage you pick. The value is the order total in your store currency, and the title can use placeholders such as Order #{order_id}. |
| Add note | Adds a note to the customer's person record. The text can use placeholders such as {order_id} and {order_total}. |
Every action makes sure the person exists first, so you never have to chain "create person" before "create deal" yourself. If a customer has no email address, for example a cart that was not identified yet, the action is skipped and the activity log says why.

How to connect WooCommerce to Pipedrive
Copy your Pipedrive API token
In Pipedrive click your profile picture, open Personal preferences and then the API tab. Copy your personal API token. The token acts as you, so keep it private.
Paste it into the plugin
In WordPress open Connections, Pipedrive, switch the module on, paste the token and save. The token is encrypted in your database and only ever sent to Pipedrive.
Press Test connection
The plugin checks the token and loads your pipelines and stages. It tells you how many pipelines it found. Reload the page once so they appear in the flow builder.
Build a flow
Choose a trigger, add Pipedrive: create deal, pick a pipeline and a stage from the lists and give the deal a title. Save, place a test order and look for the new person and deal in Pipedrive.

Five Pipedrive and WooCommerce flows to copy
| Flow | When | Only if | Then do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Every order is a deal | Order placed | None | Pipedrive: create deal, title Order #{order_id} |
| High value customer | Order completed | Order total is at least your threshold | Create deal in your key accounts pipeline |
| Refund follow up | Order refunded | None | Add note: Order #{order_id} was refunded |
| Failed payment | Order failed | None | Create or update person, then add a note for your team |
| New account | New account registered | None | Create or update person |
You can combine these with the other connections in one flow. For example, one completed order can create the Pipedrive deal, add a row to Google Sheets and send a Discord message through a webhook.
What happens behind the scenes
- Background processing. Actions are queued and run in the background through Action Scheduler, so checkout stays fast.
- No duplicates. People are matched by exact email before anything is created.
- Clear errors. If Pipedrive rejects a request, the activity log shows the message so you can fix it, for example a stage that no longer exists.
- Currency. The deal value uses your WooCommerce store currency.

What about the free plugin?
The free DuoFlow for WooCommerce plugin covers Mailchimp, Google Sheets and webhooks. It shows Pipedrive as a locked Pro module so you can see what it does. WooFlow Connect Pro is a separate plugin that costs $3 a month per store with a 7 day free trial, and it also includes GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Twilio SMS, WhatsApp and abandoned cart recovery.
WooCommerce automation FAQ
How do I connect WooCommerce to Pipedrive?
Install WooFlow Connect Pro, open Connections, Pipedrive, switch it on and paste your personal API token from Pipedrive under Personal preferences, API. Press Test connection, reload the page and build a flow with a Pipedrive action.
Is there a WooCommerce Pipedrive plugin?
Yes. The Pipedrive module in WooFlow Connect Pro connects WooCommerce to Pipedrive from inside WordPress. It creates or updates people, creates deals in the pipeline and stage you choose and adds notes.
Can WooCommerce orders create deals in Pipedrive automatically?
Yes. Use a flow with a trigger such as Order placed or Order completed and the action Pipedrive: create deal. The deal gets the order total and currency, and the title can include the order number.
Will it create duplicate people in Pipedrive?

Can I choose the pipeline and stage for each deal?
Yes. After you press Test connection and reload, the flow builder lists your pipelines and their stages in two pickers. If you leave them on the default, Pipedrive uses your default pipeline and its first stage.
Where do I find my Pipedrive API token?
In Pipedrive click your profile picture, open Personal preferences and then the API tab. The token acts as you, so keep it private. The plugin stores it encrypted.
What if the customer has no email address?
The action is skipped and the activity log says why, because Pipedrive people are matched by email.
Does the Pipedrive module slow down checkout?
No. Actions are queued and run in the background through Action Scheduler.
Is the Pipedrive module free?
Pipedrive is part of WooFlow Connect Pro, which costs $3 a month per store with a 7 day free trial. The free DuoFlow plugin on WordPress.org covers Mailchimp, Google Sheets and webhooks.
What if a flow does not work?
Open the Activity log in the plugin. Every action shows whether it worked and includes the error message if it failed. Use Test connection to check the token.
